Juan, Cintia, and Abigail were amazing. We checked in late and they were readily available in the middle of the night to help us get settled. Juan made it easy for us to get around Lima by coordinating taxis and sharing tips for exploring. The hotel was immaculate! The food was delicious and service was the best. We will definitely be coming back to Neo on our next visit to Peru.

“… The staff talks English very well… It’s easy to feel like a celebrity… you go to the room and there you find a delicious dessert waiting for you and all of it is included in the service. 200 meters from the hotel there is a park with olives. The sea is 15 minutes away in a taxi for 10 soles… I had a wonderful time here… taking a room with a balcony is recommended!”
